    What is a Blondie?

A blondie is like a brownie, except that it is made with brown sugar instead of cocoa powder, giving it a light golden color and a slightly sweeter flavor. Normal blondies (which these aren’t) are made with flour, butter, eggs, and brown sugar, and whichever other ingredients — vanilla, nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit, for example — you care to include. Most people bake them in a square or rectangle pan and then divide them into smaller bars. If you hear someone refer to “blonde brownies” or “butterscotch brownies,” they’re referring to blondies.

    How to Store you Blondies

Blondies can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. If you wanted to keep them longer, you can wrap the blondies in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place them in a sealable freezer bag before freezing them. Just thaw them at room temperature or in the refrigerator when you’re ready to devour. Then reheat them in the oven or microwave until they’re warm and gooey.
