    Okay, I seriously can’t believe I haven’t shared a roundup with all of my easy, fun quick breads yet! I know you all love a good bread recipe, which is why every year I try to come up with unique, delicious flavors that will have you baking up a storm.

    I have over 15 delicious quick bread recipes that make the perfect breakfast, brunch, snack, and treat (looking at you, chocolate banana bread). TONS of my quick breads are grain free and gluten free because I love the texture that flours like almond flour, oat flour, and coconut flour add to the bread, plus all of the recipes are easily dairy free. Wins all around.

    What is a “quick bread?”

    Unlike traditional bread recipes, quick breads bake up beautifully without using any yeast! No need to wait around for yeast to activate or for bread batter to rise, you’ll simply make your batter, pour it into a pan, and bake it up right away. So easy!

    Turn any quick bread into muffins

    Yes, you can easily make any of these bread recipes into muffins! Here’s how to do it:

    1. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or use muffin liners. To be safe, I always spray the inside of the liners too.
    2. Prepare the bread batter as directed, then divide evenly between liners.
    3. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F or until a tester comes out clean. Let the muffins cool completely before adding any glaze or frosting.

    How to store & freeze your fav quick breads

    • To store: cover your bread in foil or plastic wrap and store at room temperature for up to 3 days, then I recommend transferring it to the fridge or freezer.
    • To freeze: simply wrap in plastic, then tightly in foil, and finally place in a reusable bag or freezer-friendly bag for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature once you are ready to eat. You can also feel free to freeze individual slices for a quick on-the-go snack or treat.
